What do you know about your battalion? : The Role of Marshal Commander is the job of a Advisor and Military Tactician and sometimes overseeing Commanders and the people under them as well once in awhile taking Command of Field operations when a Commander is non existent or Until a Commander Arrives the Marshal Commander would brief them on the mission at hand pass over command to them  7. How do you plan to lead your battalion :  I plan to help each commander with their battalion once in awhile overseeing trainings and drills i would also Hold a Base wide inspection of all Battalions to see if they are fit for service or if they need to be retrained also every two weeks i would get with the Commanders of each Batt to discuss the overall status of said Commanders and their respected units if a Commander get s report against him or her i would ask for Proof and talk to both party's to get each side of the story and go from there to make the right decision / choice i would also sit down with the Commanders if they need help on Documents or help them  with making them   8. Why do you want to lead this battalion : I feel i could bring a Unique sense of Roleplay into this said postion and bring a unique style of Leadership i would be strict when needed and also chill when needed which is a good balance and i would hear out any complaints or productive words from the troopers  9.
